Whether you are self-publishing a book, working on a blog, or launching a podcast, you will need to understand how to identify and sell to your online audience.
The mediums for content creation are constantly changing, and so are the business models that surround them.
Creative makers of all kinds have ever-increasing online distribution opportunities, so find the audience that loves your creations as much as you love crafting them.
Go beyond the living room and share your skills with a broader audience with new business models emerging for online instruction every day.
What wellness means for an individual is constantly evolving, opening new opportunities for creative health, fitness, and lifestyle programs.
Our Concept to Cashflow Series includes three project-based courses that are designed to fit around your live concept. As a self-funded entrepreneur you don’t have investors or a board asking you the tough strategic market and positioning questions and you don’t have a CFO, COO or Head of Product Development to help you test and validate that your efforts are pointing in the right direction. Each chapter of each course walks you through a live project that will help you see your business through a financial and operational lens that will set you apart.
We begin by refining your audience and business model to fit your industry and stand apart from your competitors. All you need to begin is a rough concept of the passion, skill or interest you are looking to monetize. By the end of the course you will have the foundational knowledge to answer if and how you will build a business around your concept and assess any future entrepreneurial venture.
Our instructors and consultants have deep and unique experience with early stage financial and operating issues, but at a minimum all have:
A graduate degree in Masters of Business Administration from a top program
Over 10 years of finance and operations work experience with growing companies
Been a founding leader of at least one startup that went from concept to cash generation
